Mead (sometimes known as honey wine) is an alcoholic beverage that was produced in ancient times throughout Europe, Africa and Asia. Interestingly, Mead has played an important role in the mythology of many cultures.

Valknut Meadery is a new micro-Meadery situated right here in the Toowoomba Region. 

Most of their meads are on the sweeter side, produced locally using raw honey & fruits with absolutely no preservative added.
