Jackie and Clayton own Clayton’s Organic Beef a family owned and run certified organic beef farm just North of Toowoomba. Clayton’s Organic beef is richer and has more flavour… Why? Well firstly their Cattle are Grass Fed on Tulloch Brae’s lush open pastures and supplemented with organic fresh cut silage. The result is that Clayton’s Organic Beef is more robust in flavour, it has even been described as the “original” taste of beef!
