With cooking classes run by legendary Chef Bruno Loubet using local ingredients and organically grown produce hand-picked straight from the farm, Willowvale is a cooking school like no other.
Your hosts Bruno and Catherine Loubet lived in London and were part of the busy London restaurant scene where Bruno owned and cooked at the critically acclaimed restaurant Grain Store in King’s Cross until 2017. When they returned to sunny Queensland in search of that all-important slower pace, they fell in love with an old Queenslander set on 8 ½ acres and decided to create a boutique cooking school.
At Willow Vale Cooking School Bruno and Catherine plan their calendar around the garden and tailor classes based on what vegetables are in season, reinforcing their beliefs around living a more sustainable lifestyle.
Willow Vale Cooking School has a variety of seasonal cooking classes available, and they can also arrange private hire for small groups.
Whether you have been tasked with the important job of organising a party or just looking for a unique experience to share with friends there is a class for everyone.
